Third Person Shooter Project

A passion project exploring weighty, deliberate character movement in a third-person shooter setting. The bolt-action rifle mechanic mirrors RDR2's approach, you have to press shoot again after each round to manually cycle the bolt.

The big challenge was getting the character to feel like they actually have mass and momentum, channeling that RDR2 physicality on an indie scale.

Built in Unreal Engine 5 | Rigged & Animated in Blender

Weapon VFX and Chaos destruction also done in-house.
